About Finding the Perfect Off Campus Apartment to Suit Your Needs at Clemson
Student life is busy, so convenience is key. Clemson off-campus apartments offer a variety of on-site amenities that makes daily activities easy to complete, such as a fitness center, two resort-style pools, a business center, and a TV and gaming room. Don't feel like driving? Commutes can cost a lot, but that's ok, too. The Reserve at Clemson is on the CAT bus route. Convenience doesn't mean that luxury has been sacrificed, though. There is a high-quality living experience with 2- and 4-bedroom apartments with flexible floor plans in a setting of rolling hills. I lived at the reserve this past year and have had a very positive experience. The staff is nice and prompt in answering concerns. The property is well maintained and looks to make updates to itself frequently. I would recommend it!

I’ve lived at the Reserve for two years now in the four bedroom apartment and I would recommend to students who want lower cost housing. Having three roommates can lead to issues with things like fridge space, but overall the reserve is a good place to live. It’s on the Red Cat-bus route which is convenient if you don’t want to pay for a campus parking pass or need a ride downtown. There have been some bugs in the summer, but I haven’t heard of an apartment in Clemson that doesn’t have a similar issue. Maintenance is quick and the rooms are pretty big; sharing a bathroom with one other person hasn’t been an issue.
